Project Description

Bayview, a district located in the southeastern part of the city of San Francisco, California, is known historically as an urban-industrial neighborhood segregated from the metropolitan area.  Since the decommissioning of the neighboring naval shipyard at Hunter’s Point in the 1970s, and the subsequent loss of industry jobs, the district became a blighted area.  However, change for the better has been predicted.  Today, these are the Bayview Times.
